He Zhiyi, Chief Physician, Professor, Director of the Department of Neurology, The First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University; he obtained 13 national, provincial, and ministerial-level scientific research projects, 5 of which were from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He won the Second Prize of Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (2 prizes), the Third Prize of Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (6 prizes), and the Third Prize of Shenyang Science and Technology Progress Award (1 prize). He was honored with the title of “Famous Doctor in Liaoning Province” (Second Session). He has published more than 261 papers in professional journals of neurology in China and globally, 56 of which were published in SCI-indexed journals. He participated in the compilation of 20 works (as Editor-in-Chief for 2 of the works, as Associate Editor-in-Chief for 3 of the works, as Principal Translator for 1 of the works, and as Contributory Editor for 14 of the works). He has trained 150 masters, doctors, and post-doctors, 5 of whom were international students.
He serves as Director of the Department of Neurology, Chief Physician, Professor, and Doctoral Advisor of The First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University; Director of Key Laboratory of Neurological Disease Big Data of Liaoning Province; and Director of Liaoning Provincial Center for Quality Control of Neurological Diseases. He takes part-time jobs such as member of Standing Committee of Neurology Branch of Chinese Medical Association; member of Standing Committee of Neurologist Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association; Leader of Neurobiochemistry Group, Neurology Branch of Chinese Medical Association; Executive Director of China Association Against Epilepsy; President of Liaoning Province Association Against Epilepsy; President of Liaoning Stroke Association; Chairman of Neurology Exchange Society of the Three Northeast Provinces; and Ex-Chairman of Neurology Branch of Liaoning Medical Association.
